Our Shipping rates
We currently only ship to Mainland UK.
FREE DELIVERY When you Spend £30+
This shipping service will be sent via Yodel 3-5 working day delivery. You can upgrade your delivery at checkout should you wish to receive it faster. We do reserve the right to upgrade to royal mail when shipping is free.
We work on a 4-5working day dispatch time for all orders. This does not mean delivered then. The delivery time will then need to be added on to this timing.
We hope your are happy with your purchase and can promise that we do everything we can to ensure the product arrives as expected. However, on the odd occasion that something does go wrong, please let us know as soon as possible.
You must notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via facebook messenger within 24 hours of receiving your products if there is any damage or faulty products.
You must include,
- A Picture of the packaging
-A picture of the Fault/Damage Item or items
We will evaluate the fault and either refund or replace the item for you. Refunds can take 3-4 days to show up in your bank account depending on your bank.
We do not refund personalised products unless there is a manufacturing fault. You must check for spelling errors before you pay for your products, as we copy from the information provided. If there is a mistake on our part, this will be correct ASAP. If anything appears to be missing from your order, this can also be sent out as soon as we are notified.
Adding on to orders already placed
We currently can accept some additions to orders, however do check with us first, as we have a fast dispatch time and occasionally may have already sent your parcel. Or if an order is ready to go, and you add to it, this may add extra day/s until your order is dispatched.
If you have paid for postage on your first order, but add to it later to bring it over £25, we will not refund your postage. However, there will not be any additional postage charges for any orders added on.
